Attended Westlake HS in Westlake Village, Calif. his first three years… attended Sierra Canyon HS as a SENIOR…made 86 tackles including 15 sacks and 10 tackles-for-loss… seaon-best 18 tackles in win against Agoura and 10 tackles and four sacks in his final prep game. …named to Daily News’ All-Area First Team Defense and All-Mid Valley Team by Mid Valley Sports… as a JUNIOR and SOPHOMORE, tallied 50 total tackles and eight sacks… All-Marmonte League Honorable Mention honors as a sophomore…rated three-star prospect by ESPN.com, Rivals.com and Scout.com…ranked the No. 21 defensive end prospect in the West and No. 10 defensive end prospect in California by Scout.com.
