Three-year letterwinner in football for coach Dave Johnson...two-time First Team All-Greater Oregon League selection...as a JUNIOR, named honorable mention All-State after passing for 2,866 yards and 21 touchdowns...as a SENIOR, named First Team All-State, GOL Offensive Player of the Year and All-GOL First Team selection as both a quarterback and defensive back...passed for 3,341 yards and 33 touchdowns, also rushed for 12 scores...led BHS to a 12-1 record and a state title......also lettered three times in both basketball, three-time All-GOL selection, player of the year as senior...lettered three times in baseball...named a finalist of Johnny Carpenter Oregon Prep Athlete of the Year Award as a senior.
