Rolando Surita begins his first season on Head Coach Jake Dickert’s staff, serving as an offensive high school scout.

Surita began his coaching career in 2018 at Incarnate Word University as a graduate assistant under head coach Eric Morris, who currently serves as the Cougar’s offensive coordinator. While at UIW, Surita also worked as an operations and player personnel assistant during his time before joining the Cougar staff.

Surita received his bachelor’s degree in multidisciplinary studies from Texas-San Antonio and his master’s in sport management for Incarnate Word.
