SENIOR (2024): Competed at five meets during her final season as a Cougar… Ran the fastest 4k of her career at the WSU Alumni Open (8/30/24) with a time of 14 minutes and 34.2 seconds… Finished eighth overall at the Whitman XC Invite (10/5/24) with a time of 22 minutes and 29.6 seconds… At the LC State Invite (10/19/24), she ran the fastest 5k of her career with a time of 17 minutes and 31 seconds… Nichols’ career best 6k came in her last race of her collegiate career at the WCC Cross Country Championships (11/2/24) where she finished with a time of 22 minutes and 9.3 seconds.

JUNIOR (2023): Clocked in a 4K college-best time of 14:49.1 and a fourth overall finish in the WSU Alumni Open (9/1/23)...In the Cougar Classic Invitational (9/15/23) she ran a 6K time of 22:42.2 with a 22nd overall finish...Clocked in a 5K time of 18:56.8 in the Joe Piane Invitational (9/29/23) with a 124th overall finish...In the XC College & Open (10/14/23) she finished 168th overall with a 6K time of 22:23.3...Improved on her previous 6K time with a 22:11.7 in the 2023 Pac-12 Championships (10/27/23) finishing 86th overall...Finished the season strong with a 6K college-best time of 22:08.5 and a 168th overall finish in the 2023 NCAA Division I West Region Championships (11/10/23).

SOPHOMORE (2022): Opened the season with a 4K time of 15:31.1 for a 14th overall finish at the WSU XC Invitational (9/1/22)...She ran a 6K time of 24:35.1 at the Weis-Crockett Invitational (10/15/22) for a 211th overall finish...Wrapped up the season at the Pac-12 Championships (10/28/22) with a 90th overall finish with a 6K time of 22:39.3.
 

FRESHMAN (2021): Made her collegiate debut at the WSU Open (9/1), finishing ninth in the women's 4k at 15:02.3... Placed 23rd at the WSU Cougar Classic (9/10) in season-best 22:15.9... Finished 85th at the Pac-12 Championships with a 6k time of 24:01.4.
