SOPHOMORE (2024): Competed at four meets during her sophomore season as a Coug… At the WSU Alumni Open (8/30/24), Herman ran a personal best 4k time of 14 minutes and 39.7 seconds… She finished 18th at the Whitman XC Invite, running a 23 minutes and 12.5 second 6k, the best of her career… At the LC State Invite, Herman also ran the best 5k of her career at the LC State Invite (10/19/24), 18 minutes and 33 seconds.

FRESHMAN (2023): Did not compete in a meet during the 2023 season.
