WSU CAREER
SOPHOMORE (2025): Cross Country- Competed in six meets during his second year as a part of the cross country team… Finished with a personal best 6k time at the WSU Alumni Open (8/29/25) with a time of 18 minutes and 10.6 seconds, good for seventh… Ran a personal best 8k at the Gans Creek Classic (9/26/25), finishing in 78th with a time of 24 minutes and 39.9 seconds… Finished 45th at the WCC Championships (11/1/25) with a time of 25 minutes and 16.6 seconds.
FRESHMAN (2024): Competed at six meets during his inaugural cross-country season… In his first race of his collegiate career, the WSU Alumni Open (8/30/24), Cook finished with a 6k time of 18 minutes and 23.5 seconds, good for seventh place… Cook ran his fastest 8k of the season at the Cougar Classic (9/13/24) with a time of 24 minutes and 47.4 seconds… At the West Regionals (11/15/24), Cook ran a 31 minute and 6.2 second 10k which put him into the top 100 runners in the West Region.
