SOPHOMORE (2024): Alvarado competed in two meets in her second cross country season as a Coug… At the Whitman XC Invite (10/5/24) she ran a 24 minute and 25.5 second 6k race to finish 42nd overall… At her other meet, the LC State Invite (10/19/24), she ran the 5k in 18 minutes and 43 seconds, a personal best for the sophomore.

FRESHMAN (2023): Made her collegiate debut at the WSU Alumni Open (9/1/23). Finished fifth overall with a 4K time of 15:06.8...Clocked in a 6K time of 23:02.3 for a 21st overall finish at the Cougar Classic Invitational (9/15/23)...At the Jo Piane Invitational (9/29/23) she ran her first 5K race with a time of 18:48.3 finishing 118th overall...In her second 6K race she clocked in a 23:05.7 finishing 190th overall in the XC College & Open (10/14/23)...Finished the season with a college-best 6K time of 22:46.9 in the 2023 Pac-12 Championships (10/27/23)...She finished 95th overall.

BEFORE WSU
HIGH SCHOOL: Placed third in both the 800m and 1,60m as a junior at Eisenhower HS in Yakima, Wash.... As a senior in the WIAA 4A State Championship meet, she finished fifth in the 800m (2:15.14) and eighth in the 1,600m (5:00.90).
