FIRST TIME STUDENTS

If you are a freshman or a returning student who has not yet registered your WSU student ID number on wsucougars.com, please follow the instructions below to complete the registration process for your student ticket account. Incoming freshman or new students starting Fall 2024 will be able to register their WSU student ID number starting the first week of classes.

Click Register Your Student Account
Enter your WSU ID number and click Activate

ERROR TROUBLESHOOTING:

"This Customer Number is already Activated for this site. Please contact the box office if you have reached this message in error."

You have previously registered your WSU student ID number on wsucougars.com. Please attempt to sign in to your student ticket account using your WSU student ID number and the password you may have created or select "Forgot Password?" to have your password reset.

"The student ID you entered could not be validated."

The system is not recognizing you as a current student.

"The email address you entered is already in use, please try again."

You have already created a non-student general public account with your wsu.edu email and we will have to merge your non-student general public account with your student account. Please email athletictickets@wsu.edu to request your public account be merged with your student account.
