| FIRST TIME STUDENTS |

If you are a freshman or returning student who has not yet registered your student ticket account, please follow the instructions below to complete the registration process. (Incoming freshman or new students starting Fall 2026 will be able to register their student ticket account starting August 10.)
a. If your account is found, click Send Me a Code b. If your account is not found, please email the Athletic Ticket Office at athletictickets@wsu.edu. Let us know that you are trying to register your student account and your email is not recognized. You will need to provide your name, WSU ID number, and email. Once you receive a response, you can resume the registration process. 3. Enter the verification code you receive and click Verify a. If you have multiple accounts in the ticket system, you will be asked to select an account. Be sure to select the one that says Student Account. 4. Create your password 5. Your student ticket account is now activated and ready to use!
