|
First-Come, First-Served Admission: A Sports Pass does not guarantee you admission into the student section. All student section seats are first-come, first-served. Be early!
Court/Field Rushing: Safety is our highest priority. Entering the playing surface may result in injury to yourself and others. In addition, this also may result in being evicted and trespassed from the facility. Future privileges of attending athletic events may also be revoked. Thank you for your cooperation in creating a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone at our venues. Refund/Charge Removal: All requests for refunds/charge removals must be made through the Athletic Ticket Office. You must fill out a Sports Pass Refund/Charge Removal Request Form. A Sports Pass is eligible for a refund/charge removal only if it has not been used for admission to any WSU Athletic Event, and if the request form has been submitted prior to the semester deadline, November 14, 2025. It may take up to two weeks for the Sports Pass Refund/Charge Removal Request Form to be processed and up to four weeks for the refund to be credited back to the requested if it has already been paid. By opting in to request to purchase the Sports Pass, you agree to be a responsible Sports Pass holder and to acknowledge, understand and agree to all of our Sports Pass policies.
