  BUTCH APPEARANCE RATES
  • Base Hourly Rate: $375
  • Events hosted by WSU branch campuses hourly rate: $200
  • Mileage Zone (roundtrip): 
    •  0 - 150: $50
    • 151-250: $70
    • 251-350: $90
    • 351-450: $110
    • 451-550: $130
    • 551+  : amount to be discussed upon request (typically this will require airfare)
All appearance requests made by WSU branch campuses will be coordinated through the Butch T. Cougar mascot program based out of the Pullman campus for events and appearances.

  POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
  • Butch will be in-suit for a maximum of 2 hours for any event requested (please specify these hours if your event is longer than 2 hours)
  • For all requests that require travel outside of Pullman, Butch will be invoiced for two hours.
  • Butch T. Cougar must be provided with a private, lockable area for changing at all events that lie outside of the Pullman/Moscow area.
  • Water/Food must be provided for any events over 2 hours away from Pullman/Moscow area, or events that take place with a meal.
  • All additional travel associated costs will be included in the invoice as needed (airfare, baggage fees, parking fees, Uber/taxi fees, etc).
