Yes! To transfer a ticket purchased through WSU for away and neutral games please contact the ticket office if you would like to transfer your ticket.

You can transfer tickets for all home games. Simply access your account online here and follow the step by step instructions below. Once you complete the steps, the recipient will receive an email notifying them of the transfer where they will need to accept their mobile tickets. It's that easy.

How to transfer a ticket in 5 easy steps

  • Step 1: Sign in to your online ticket account and click on "My Account" on the left side of the page.
  • If you have already activated your online ticket account, just enter your email and password.
  • If you have never activated your online ticket account, click "Create Account" on the sign in page.
  • Step 2: Once you have signed in/activated your account, click the "My Account" link on the menu at the left.
  • Step 3: Then click the "Transfer" link under My Tickets.
  • Step 4: You will then see a list of tickets available for transfer. Click the "Transfer" link below the ticket(s) you would like to transfer.
  • Step 5: Then select the specific seat(s) you would like to transfer for that game and carefully type in the recipient's name and email address or cell number.

You have now transferred your tickets. The recipient will receive an email to let them know that you have transferred tickets to them. They will have the choice to accept or reject the transfer. You will be sent an email notice of their acceptance or rejection. If the tickets that are being transferred are accepted, your tickets will be canceled and the barcode will be deactivated and rendered useless. Please note that if you attempt to use your transferred tickets for admittance to the game, the tickets will be rejected at the gate when scanned and your ticket privileges may be revoked.

How to cancel a transaction

Ticket transfers can only be canceled prior to the recipient accepting the transfer or after the recipient rejects the transfer. To cancel a transaction, complete Steps 1-2 above.

  • Click "Pending Transfer" under My Tickets on the My Account page.
  • Select the transfer you would like to cancel and click "Submit"
  • You will be routed back to the page with a list of your tickets and given a message that the ticket transfer has been canceled.

After the transaction has been canceled by you or rejected by the recipient, you may now transfer the tickets to another person or retain the tickets and use them yourself.

The Recipient

After the transfer has been initiated, an email will be sent to the recipient with an active link in the message. The recipient will click on the link and enter the email address where the ticket transfer was received.

  • If they already have an online ticket office account, they will be able to sign in using their email and password.
  • If not, they will need to create a new account by clicking the "Create Account" link and entering their information.
  • Once logged in or signed up for a new account they will be able to click on "Accept Transfer"
  • Now their tickets will be available to add to their Apple or Google wallet. Simply visit www.wsucougars.com/mytickets from your mobile device and your tickets will be there!

What is the best way to purchase tickets? Will I get better seats buying online, in person, or by the phone?
No matter your method of purchase the inventory is the same. There is no advantage to your seat location using one method over the other. We encourage fans to buy tickets online at wsucougars.com and use the mobile features when available.

Why are there 'processing fees' and 'facility fees' on my ticket purchases?
Fees that customers pay when purchasing season or single game tickets are used to assist the Athletics Department in the processing of ticket orders and online services. Fees help defray the cost of ticket delivery, online processing, credit card processing, phone charges, and printing. Facility fees go directly to the cost of maintaining the facilities and upgrading the services year to year.

What are the entry/re-entry policies of Gesa Field/Beasley Coliseum/etc?
To enter all WSU facilities, a ticket to that event is required. Re-entry is allowed only at WSU Football games, as long as you do not leave before the end of the first quarter, you must receive a stamp and have your ticket with you.

How do I go about getting tickets to a Bowl game? The Pac-12 Championship Game? Pac-12/NCAA Tournament?
Information on bowl games or postseason tickets will be posted as soon as it is available.
