HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Lettered four years in track at Garfield High...freshman year placed 12th in 4A State Championships in 4x100m relay...sophomore year placed eighth in the 100m at the 4A KingCo Championships...fourth in 200m at district meet...junior year ran PR in 100m of 11.12 and PR in 400m of 48.30...won 400m and placed fourth in 200m at 4A State Championships...senior year won district title in 200m with PR of 21.75 and was runner-up in 400m with PR of 48.57...at state 4A meet, finished third in 200m and fourth in 400m...two-time team MVP...member of SeaTown Express Track Club...4x400m relay team won USATF title at 2011 Junior Olympics (Wichita, Kan.)...won 2012 USATF Region 13 JO 400m in time of 48.31.
PERSONAL. Born in November 1993, in Seattle...father Byron is manager of Men's Warehouse...ran track at University of Washington and is ranked in Husky all-time records at eighth-best in 100m (10.44), sixth-best in 200m (20.66) and on the school record 4x100m relay team (39.24)...mother Victoria works in real estate...sister Laurren...plans to major in business and fine arts.
