WSU CAREER. SENIOR (2018-19): Indoor - Competed in two events during the indoor season, and recorded a PR in the weight throw of 45-feet 4 1/2 inches (13.83m)... Outdoor - Recorded two individual victories during the season in the discus throw at both the Pelluer Invite, and the Cougar Invite...Threw at the Pac-12 Championships where she placed 11th overall in the discus throw, 154-fee 8 inches (47.14m).

JUNIOR (2017-18): Indoor - Competed in three total meets, where she saw her best outing in the shot put at the WSU Open (12.11m)...Outdoor - Posted a PR in the discus at the Beach Pacific Coast Intercollegiate at 156-feet 2 inches (47.60m)... Named to the MPSF All-Academic Scholar-Athlete team...Competed at the Pac-12 Championships where she placed 15th overall with a mark of 149-feet 1 inch (45.45m) in the discus throw...Selected to the Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention team.

SOPHOMORE (2016-17): Indoor - Threw the 20-pound weight a distance of 13.14m/43-1 1/2i at Cougar Indoor (2/4/17, Pullman)… Outdoor - Reached PRs in three events…threw hammer 40.08m/131-6 at WAR X (4/8/17, Spokane)…heaved shot put 12.69m/41-7 3/4 and discus 45.40m/148-11 at Cougar Invite (4/29/17, Pullman)…at Pac-12 Championships threw discus 45.07m/147-10 for 15th…named to Pac-12 T&F All-Academic honorable mention team.
 
FRESHMAN (2015-16): Indoor - Redshirt season…Outdoor - Top discus throw was 45.32m/148-8 at SCC WAR IX (4/9/16, Spokane)…best shot put mark was 11.92m/39-1 1/4 at WSU-UW Dual (4/23/16, Pullman)…first season with hammer throw with top mark of 37.76m/123-11 at Cougar Invite (37.76m/123-11)...at Pac-12 Championships threw discus 44.44m/145-10 for 12th place.
 
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER: Earned 12 varsity letters at Chewelah’s Jenkins High School…four letters as outside hitter in volleyball for coach Sherly Baker…four letters as post player in basketball for coach Tom Skak…four as thrower for track coach Sherly Baker…four years of three-sport academic All-Northeast A League honors…in basketball was named to all-league second team as senior…during prep track and field career, sophomore year won discus and third in shot put at NEA District…won Regional meet discus…at state 1A championships placed third in discus and eighth in shot…junior season threw shot put PR mark of 39-4…NEA District and Regional champ in shot and discus…at state 1A meet, won discus title and sixth in shot put…senior year won third consecutive District and Regional discus titles…at state 1A meet runner-up in discus with PR throw of 145-2, third place in shot put…WIAA Athlete of the Week…NEA League MVP.
 
PERSONAL: Born in October 1996, in Spokane, Washington…father Dan is a fire fighter…mother Sheila is a school psychologist…younger brothers Conner and Kaden…enjoys hunting and hiking…3.78 GPA…Top 10 in class…National Honor Society Vice President…sophomore and junior class Sergeant at Arms…SADD Club Vice President…majoring in elementary education at WSU.
