COOK'S HIGH SCHOOL CAREER
Coached by Darren Hernandez at Campbell High ... three varsity letters each in football and basketball ... JUNIOR year an all-league honorable mention pick ... team sixth in the division and seventh in the state ... during hoop season averaged 10 points, 14 rebounds and seven blocked shots ... as a SENIOR named football team's most improved player ... 6-2 Campbell finished second in its division and third in the state ... honorable mention All-State for second year ... averaged 14 points, 12 rebounds and five blocks while being named to the All-State second basketball squad.

COOK'S WSU CAREER

  • Freshman (1998-99): Delayed enrollment until January, 1998 ... participated in spring drills, then redshirted in the fall, 1998...earned the following game awards: Defensive Scout Team - Idaho.
  • RS-Freshman (1999-00): Missed the final week of fall camp and first five games of the season after spraining a knee...returned to play against Louisiana and was in on three tackles...also played at Hawaii in the last game of the season and had one tackle.
