Cougs Picked to Finish Third in WCC, Three Named to All-Preseason Team
February 26, 2026 | Rowing
PULLMAN, Wash. (Feb. 26, 2026) – Washington State rowing was picked to finish third in the West Coast Conference (WCC), while senior Siena Snow and sophomores Harriet Thompson and Freddy Todhunter were named to the All-WCC Preseason Team, the league announced Thursday morning.
The trio look to make continued impact coming off a strong fall season in which they all rowed in the 1V8 shell. They saw a first-place finish in the 1V8 at the Head of the Spokane, and third-place finishes at each the Head of the Lake and the Head of the American.
Washington State is set to open its spring schedule on March 28-29 at the San Diego Crew Classic before hosting Gonzaga for the Fawley Cup on Saturday, April 11.
