FORT COLLINS, Colo. (October 8, 2026) — Washington State women's volleyball fell to Colorado State 3-0 Thursday at Moby Arena.

The Cougars (6-8, 1-3 Pac-12) tallied 30 kills, 27 digs and seven blocks, while both teams recorded three aces and six service errors.

Eliana Ti'a led WSU with 15 kills and 15.0 points.

Livia Ward finished with 20 assists, three digs and one service ace.

Kambree Rodriguez collected 10 digs and added one assist and one service ace.

Naomi White posted a team-high four total blocks, including one solo block.

Colorado State moved ahead 4-1 early, but WSU worked back to ties at 6-6 and 7-7 behind Ti'a kills and a block by White and Emerson Matthews. After the Cougars stayed within 12-11 on Whitney Dewicki’s kill, Colorado State scored four of the next five points to stretch the margin to 16-12. Colorado State continued to build the lead to 24-14, and although WSU took the next three points with help from consecutive White blocks, Colorado State closed the set 25-17.

Ti'a and Dewicki had early kills as WSU stayed within 6-5, and Kryssa Moerman’s block helped keep the set close. Colorado State moved ahead 10-6, but a Dewicki-White block and a Ti'a kill from Elma Bajraktarevic brought WSU back to 10-8. Colorado State scored the next 10 points, though, using kills and multiple blocks to push the margin to 20-8. The Cougars added late points on a Ti'a kill, a Kate Hayhurst kill and a Hayhurst-Moerman block before Colorado State closed the set 25-12.

WSU stayed even early, getting a Ti'a kill and a Rodriguez ace to tie the set at 7-7. Colorado State took the next five points for a 12-7 lead, but a service error, an attack error and a Ward ace brought the Cougars back within 12-10. After Colorado State moved ahead 20-16, WSU put together another push with a Matthews kill and ace, then later tied the set at 21-21 on kills by Dewicki and Ti'a before Colorado State answered with the final point to take the set 25-23.
