PULLMAN, Wash (October 6, 2026) – Washington State women’s volleyball is back on the road this week, taking on Colorado State Thursday, Oct. 8 at 6 p.m. PT, and then Texas State Saturday, Oct. 10 at 11 a.m. PT. Both matches will be broadcast live on Pac-12 YouTube.
The Cougars continue to boast one of the best defenses in the nation, entering the weekend ranking second in blocks per set, 16th in opponent hitting percentage, and 20th in total blocks. While dealing with a handful of injuries, the resilience and depth of this squad has shone through to sit at 6-7 a couple weeks into conference play.
SERIES HISTORY
The Cougars will be meeting Colorado State for the fourth time in program history, leading the all-time series 2-1. Their last matchup took place in 2004, and Wazzu’s last win over the Rams came in the 1997 season. This will be the first all-time meeting between the WSU and Texas State volleyball programs.
