PULLMAN, Wash (September 9, 2026) – Washington State women’s volleyball senior middle blocker Naomi White was named Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Week Wednesday afternoon.
White had an incredible weekend, helping the Cougs sweep LIU and go toe-to-toe with No. 25 Oregon with 16 total blocks, 5 solo and 11 assisted, and 3 digs. She averaged 2.3 blocks and 1.4 kills per set, while totaling 20.5 points alongside 10 kills on a .308 hitting percentage.
The Cougars look ahead to three matches in Seattle this weekend, beginning Friday against Lipscomb at 5pm, before taking on Southern Utah Saturday at 2pm, and then the big rivalry matchup at Washington Sunday afternoon at 2pm.
