PULLMAN, Wash. – The Washington State men’s and women’s cross country teams earned updated national and regional rankings from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
The Cougar men are tied for No. 16 nationally and ranked No. 4 in the West Region. The WSU women moved up three spots to No. 18 nationally and remained No. 3 in the West Region.
The updated rankings follow the John McNichols Invitational, where the women finished third and the men placed fifth. Millie Bii led the women with a sixth-place finish, while Evans Kurui and Solomon Kipchoge placed fourth and fifth, for the men.
