FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (Sept. 30, 2025) – The Washington State men's golf team improved by two strokes over its first-round score and remained in sixth place following two rounds at the Blessings Collegiate Invitational Tuesday, played on the par-72, 7,869-yard Blessings Golf Club.
Host Arkansas leads the field at 6-over, 582, with Louisville (+13) and BYU (+21) rounding out the top three.
After an opening-round of 7-over, 79 Monday, sophomore
Dylan Burcham rebounded Tuesday with a 2-over, 74, a round that included five birdies. Burcham moved up nine spots and sits tied for 28th at 9-over, 153. Freshman
Dylan Boenning posted a 3-over, 75, and stands at 4-over, 148, tied for 13th overall, to lead all WSU golfers.
Junior
Ben Mulder also posted a 3-over, 75 Tuesday, two strokes better than his Monday round and enters Wednesday's final 18 holes tied for 27th at 8-over, 152. Redshirt-junior
Ben Borgida matched his first-round score with a second-straight 5-over, 77, and is tied for 31st at 10-over, 154. Senir
Sam Renner never found his groove after beginning his round with a birdie as he finished the round with an 8-over, 80. Renner is 12-over for the two rounds and tied for 39th.
The Cougars conclude play at the Blessings Collegiate Invitational, teeing off at 8 a.m. CT on Hole 10.
