FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (September 29, 2025) – Three Washington State women's golfers sit among the Top-15 after the opening round of The Blessings Collegiate hosted by the University of Arkansas Monday.

Sophomore
Sara Pineros shot a four-over 76 to sit tied for 11th after Monday's opening round while sophomore
Agnes Brink and freshman
Kaitlyn Helm each carded 77's to sit tied for 15th. Pineros posted 38's on both sides while Brink tallied one birdie in her round and Helm recorded a team-best five birdies.

The Cougars finished the day eighth at+24, ahead of Maryland and UNC Greensboro, and one stroke behind Missouri and four behind Kansas State. Eighth-ranked Arkansas paces the ten-team field at two-over.

Tuesday's second round is scheduled for WSU to tee off at 7:15 a.m. (PT).

The tournament is held at the Blessings Golf Club.

The course plays as a par-72 at 6,422 yards.
