PULLMAN, Wash. (June 23, 2025) – Thirteen Washington State Cougars continue their playing career throughout professional baseball including three in the big leagues.
Kyle Manzardo | DH | Cleveland Guardians
In 66 games with the Guardians this season, Manzardo is hitting .217 with 11 doubles, two triples, 11 home runs and 31 RBI to go along with 23 runs scored and one stolen base.
Ian Hamilton | RHP | New York Yankees
In 22 appearances, all out of the bullpen for the Yankees, Hamilton is 1-0 with a pair of holds, a .182 batting average against and 29 strikeouts in 25.2 innings.
Ryan Walker | RHP | San Francisco Giants
In 32 appearances, all out of the bullpen for the Giants, Walker is 1-3 with 10 saves and six holds with 30 strikeouts in 30.0 innings.
Jonah Advincula | OF | Cleveland (Double – A)
In 55 games played for the High-A Lake County Captains, Advincula hit .278 with 44 hits including five doubles, four triples, five home runs, 23 RBI, 29 runs scored and 26 of 34 in stolen bases. Advincula was promoted to Double-A Akron Monday.
A.J. Block | LHP | Los Angeles Angels | Double – A
In 21 appearances, all out of the bullpen for the High-A Tri-City Dust Devils, Block had 10 saves with 39 strikeouts and 1.82 ERA in 29.2 innings. Block was recently promoted to Double-A Rocket City and in his lone appearance, struck out two in 2.2 scoreless innings.
Sam Brown | INF | Los Angeles Angels | Double – A
In 66 games played for the Rocket City Trash Pandas, Brown his hitting .265 with 59 hits including 10 doubles, three triples, three home runs, 30 RBI and 27 runs scored.
Dakota Hawkins | RHP | New York Mets | High – A
Hawkins has made 10 appearances this season, eight for the High-A team, one for the Double-A team and one for the Triple-A team. The righthander is currently with the Brookyln Cyclones (High – A) owns one save and one hold in eight appearances out of the bullpen with 16 strikeouts and a .229 batting average against in 12.0 innings.

In 14 appearances in 2025 including one for the Memphis (Triple – A) and 13 for the Springfield Cardinals (Double – A), Mills owns three holds, a 2-4 record and 28 strikeouts in 29.2 innings.
