EUGENE, Ore. – The Washington State men's track and field program will compete in four events at the 2025 NCAA Division-I Outdoor Track & Field Championship on the University of Oregon campus at Eugene, Oregon, June 11-14.

The Cougars sent six student-athletes to Hayward Field ahead of tomorrow's opening day of men's competition. Beginning at 4:05 p.m. PT, the WSU 4x100 relay team of Bryson Stubblefield, Mason Lawyer, Parker Duskin, and Keenan Kuntz will compete in the second heat. The quartet blasted to a school record, 39.09 seconds, at the NCAA West Regional to qualify for the semifinals.

Lawyer will return to the oval twice more Wednesday evening, qualifying in both the 100- and 200-meter sprints. The Idaho junior runs in the third heat of the 100 dash at 5:25 p.m. PT after qualifying with a personal-best 9.95 seconds at the West Regional.

Lawyer qualified for the 200-dash national semifinal with a school-record sprint of 20.34 seconds in College Station, Texas. He will look to repeat the performance in the opening heat of the prelims at 6:29 p.m. PT.

Sophomore Evans Kurui, who claims the fastest 10,000-meter run in the NCAA this season, punched his ticket to the final with a 28:19.22 time and a fifth-place finish at the regional championships. The distance run will begin at 6:56 p.m. PT.

The championships continue through Saturday with WSU's relay team and Lawyer seeking a qualifying spot in Friday's national finals. All events will be televised live on ESPN beginning at 4 p.m. PT.
