PULLMAN, Wash. (Feb. 26, 2025) – Washington State rowing was picked to finish third in the West Coast Conference (WCC), earning two first place votes, while senior Fiona Elliot, junior
Siena Snow and freshman
Harriet Thompson were named to the All-WCC Preseason Team, the league announced Thursday afternoon.
Elliot and Snow return for the 2025 season, while Thompson will look to make an impact in her first season with the Cougs after a strong fall. This past fall, this trio all spent time in the 1V8 shell which placed fourth at the Head of the American, and fifth at the Head of the Lake.
Washington State is set to open its spring schedule on March 29-30 at the San Diego Crew Classic before hosting Oregon State for the Winchell Cup on Saturday, April 5.
