LEXINGTON, Ky. (December 9, 2025) – Washington State women's volleyball redshirt sophomore Lucie Blažková was named AVCA Northwest All-Region Tuesday morning, as announced by the American Volleyball Coaches' Association (AVCA).
The middle blocker was one of the most dominant middle blockers in the country, ending the year fifth in the nation with a .443 hitting percentage, and sitting second in the WCC in blocks per set (1.21) and third in total blocks (121). Blažková was also recently named All-WCC First Team on Dec. 1 after totaling 280 kills, 384.0 total points, 94 block assists, 27 solo blocks and 30 service aces on the year.
