LIHU'E, Kua'i (October 22, 2025) – Washington State Women's Golf used an impressive final round to climb three spots and finish sixth at the 29
th Rainbow Wahine Invitational played at the Ocean Course at Hokuala Wednesday.

The Cougars tied for the third-best team score (-3) during Wednesday's final round to finish the tournament sixth at ten-over, ahead of San Diego State, Kansas, Grand Canyon, Long Beach State, Boise State, Hawaii and Nevada. WSU finished just two strokes behind fifth-place BYU while No. 25 Baylor won the event at 13-under.

Freshman
Kaitlyn Helm led the way for Washington State, carding four birdies in her final-round 70 to move up two spots and tie for eighth at three-under. It is the Phoenix native's second Top-10 of the season after tying for third at the Badger Invitational in September and third straight Top-15 finish after tying for 13th at The Blessings Collegiate two weeks ago.

Sophomore
Agnes Brink used five birdies and posted a front-nine 34 en route to a final-round 70, matching her career-best round. Brink moved up 20 spots and finished tied for 29
th at four-over. Senior
Hannah Harrison closed her tournament with back-to-back rounds of 74 to tie for 62
nd with sophomore
Grace Rubelsky who opened the week with rounds of 74 in the first and second rounds. Freshman
Anya Cedo closed her first collegiate tournament with five birdies to card a one-under round of 71.

WSU won't return to the course until February, opening the spring season with the Mountain Classic Matchup in Palm Desert, Calif.

The Course and Tournament Format
The tournament was played at the Ocean Course at Hokuala.

The course played as a par-72 at 6,039 yards.
Teams played 18 holes Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
