Cougs in the NFL 2024: Regular Season Roundup

Abe Lucas (OL), Seattle Seahawks – After spending most of the season on the physically unable to perform list, Lucas started seven games at tackle for the Seattle Seahawks. 

Andre Dillard (OL), Green Bay Packers – Dillard appeared in 10 games for the Green Bay Packers. 

Brennan Jackson (LB), Los Angeles Rams – In his rookie season, Jackson appeared in seven games and started one. Across the seven games Jackson recorded three tackles and a pass defended. 

Chau Smith-Wade (CB), Carolina Panthers – In his rookie season, Smith-Wade appeared in 14 games and started in four of them. Across those 14 games Smith-Wade recorded an interception, 39 tackles and a tackle for loss. 

Daiyan Henley (LB), Los Angeles Chargers – Henley had a breakout season his sophomore year. Henley started all 17 games finished ninth across the NFL with 147 tackles, seven tackles for loss, eight passes defended and an interception. 

Daniel Ekuale (DL), New England Patriots – Ekuale recorded 52 tackles, three quarterback hits and two tackles for loss in his sixth year as a pro. 

Frankie Luvu (LB), Washington Commanders – In his first season with the Washington Commanders Luvu recorded, 99 tackles, 14 quarterback hits, 12 tackles for loss, seven passes defended, one forced fumble and one interception earning him all pro second team. Luvu will also play in the NFC championship game this Sunday. 

Gardner Minshew (QB), Las Vegas Raiders – In his first season with the Las Vegas Raiders, Minshew started nine games and threw for nine touchdowns, 2013 yards and recorded a 66.3% completion percentage. 

Jaden Hicks (S), Kansas City Chiefs – In his rookie season, Hicks appeared in 17 games and started one. Across those games he recorded 29 tackles, three tackles for loss and a team high three interceptions. Hicks will also play in the AFC championship game this Sunday. 

Jalen Thompson (S), Arizona Cardinals – In his sixth season with the Arizona Cardinals, Thompson started 15 games and recorded 98 tackles, three tackles for loss, three passes defended and two quarterback hits  

Jaylen Watson (CB), Kansas City Chiefs – Watson spent most of the season on injured reserve but started the first six for the Kansas City Chiefs. The three-year pro recorded 32 tackles and six passes defended. Watson will also play in the AFC championship game this Sunday. 

River Cracraft (WR), Miami Dolphins – Cracraft spent most of the season on the injured reserve but still appeared in eight games where he caught seven balls for 66 yards.
