Gray Pulls Away from Crimson in Intrasquad

PULLMAN, Wash. (September 27, 2024) – Washington State Women's Swimming held its Crimson & Gray Intrasquad Meet at Gibb Pool Friday and saw the Gray Team pull away for a 241-186 victory in the 11-event meet.

Junior two-time NCAA participants Dori Hathazi and Emily Lundgren each led the way earning 30 points a piece for the Gray team while freshman Darcy Revitt added 26 points for the Gray team. Sophomore Ariel Wang and senior Emma Wright paced
the Crimson team with 25 and 24 points, respectively.

Hathazi (200 fly, 200 free, 100 fly) and Lundgren (200 IM, 200 breast, 100 breast) each won three races while Revitt tallied a pair of wins in sprint races (100 free, 50 free). Juniors Anna Rauchholz (100 back) and Lauren Willie (500 free) each won for the Gray team. For the Gray team, sophomore Ariel Wang won the 200 back while Wright finished second in 100 free, 100 back and 50 free.

WSU opens the season next weekend at the Fresno State Invite (Oct. 4-5). The following weekend WSU hosts Northern Colorado for dual meet October 11 at 5 p.m.
