Day 3 | Split, Croatia | Gameday!
The team started the day with a free morning and most of the players enjoyed the sun and spectacular views from the hotel rooftop pool and some hit the beach before the team pregame meal.
After a short bus ride to the arena it was finally game time vs the InCroatia All-Stars!
The Cougs pulled away early and never looked back as six Cougs scored in double figures. Beyonce Bea had 11 points and a team-leading eight rebounds, Tara Wallack had 12 points on 5-5 FGs, Bella Murekatete had 14 points, Alex Covill scored 10, Astera Tuhina had 10 points, eight steals and six assists with zero turnovers while Jenna Villa set the gym on fire with 27 points including seven triples!
It wasn't a flawless game, but the Coug newcomers really gave a glimpse of what's in store for this season.
Back at the hotel the team had local pizza delivered and called it a day for the last evening in Split, Croatia! Tomorrow, we head to Dubrovnik!
