LAS VEGAS – The Washington State men's basketball team was selected 10th in the 2023-24 Pac-12 Preseason Media Poll, the conference announced Wednesday morning. The Cougs received 94 points in the poll, as voted on by media members who cover the league.

Andrej Jakimovski returns as the veteran 4-year, looking to guide the Cougs to a third-consecutive postseason bid.
Wazzu finished the 2022-23 season with a 17-17 record, bowing out of the opening round of the National Invitation Tournament. Sophomore
Mouhamed Gueye was drafted in the second round of the 2023 NBA Draft.
Washington State begins the 2023-24 campaign at home against Idaho, Monday, Nov. 6, in a double-header action with the women's team. The men tip off the season at 8 p.m. on the Pac-12 Network.
