PULLMAN, Wash. – The Pac-12 Conference announced game dates, Thursday, for the Washington State men's basketball upcoming 2022-23 conference schedule. The Cougars will host 10 games at Beasley Coliseum as part of the conference's third season with a 20-game conference slate.
Tip-off times and television designations for both the non-conference and league-play portions of WSU's schedule will be announced in the coming weeks.
Washington State will tip off conference play with a pair of early December conference games. Prior to completing its nonconference schedule, Wazzu will travel to Eugene, Thursday, Dec. 1 for its first Pac-12 game against Oregon. The Cougs will return to Pullman to host Utah, Sunday, Dec. 4 at Beasley Coliseum in the conference home-opener.
After closing out their nonconference schedule hosting Northern Kentucky, and participating in three neutral site events, the Cougs will restart conference play Friday, Dec. 30 playing host to UCLA. After celebrating the New Year, WSU welcomes USC, Sunday, Jan. 1 for a New Year's Day tipoff.
Entering the first week of January, Washington State will travel to Arizona to face the Sun Devils in Tempe, Thursday, Jan. 5 and the Wildcats in Tucson, Saturday, Jan. 7.
WSU returns to the Palouse to host the Bay Area schools. California travels to Beasley Coliseum for a Wednesday, Jan. 11 matchup, followed by Stanford on Saturday, Jan. 14.
The Cougars' third conference road swing has them visiting Utah and Colorado. Wazzu will visit Salt Lake City, Thursday, Jan. 19 for a matchup with the Utes, followed by a trip to Boulder, Colo., to face the Buffs, Sunday, Jan. 22.
WSU concludes the month with its second matchup against the Arizona schools. First, the Cougs welcome Arizona, Thursday, Jan. 26 before hosting ASU, Saturday, Jan. 28 inside Beasley Coliseum.
Washington State will fly to Los Angeles during the first week of February for a rematch against USC, Thursday, Feb. 2 and UCLA, Saturday, Feb. 4.
The following week, WSU will welcome rivals Washington to the Palouse, Saturday, Feb. 11, for the first matchup of the Boeing Apple Cup Series. The Cougs will stay home for their final regular season games, hosting OSU, Thursday, Feb. 16 and Oregon, Sunday, Feb. 19.
Wazzu will close out the regular season on the road, traveling to Stanford, Thursday, Feb. 23 and California, Saturday, Feb. 25.
The regular-season finale will match the Cougs against the Huskies, in Seattle, for the conclusion of the Boeing Apple Cup Series on Thursday, March 2.
The 2023 Pac-12 Men's Basketball Tournament will be held March 8-11, 2023 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
