Cougars Announce Staffing Updates

| By:

PULLMAN, Wash. – Washington State University Director of Athletics Pat Chun announced Friday that Kaila Evenoff has been promoted to the Director of Spirit Programs for Washington State Athletics, while Adam Ganders and Matt Zollinger have been elevated to Associate Athletic Directors. In addition, Bryan Blair, Chris Park and Mitch Straub all received title changes to Deputy Director of Athletics. While some responsibilities change, there will be no associated financial impact on WSU's budget moving forward.

"Kaila has shown tremendous dedication and leadership with our dance team during her time in Pullman and we have great confidence in her extending that to the entire Spirit Program," said Chun. "She has a proven track record for her teams performing at a high level and is well respected among her peers. We are excited to have Kaila in her new role.

"Adam and Matt have worked tirelessly to elevate Cougar Athletics and it is important their accomplishments and hard work are recognized," Chun continued. "Their efforts have received national recognition, raised the profile of Cougar Athletics and improved the student-athlete experience at Washington State.

"I'm appreciative of the hard work, dedication and commitment shown by Bryan, Chris and Mitch," Chun added. "The units they oversee have thrived under their collective leadership."
