WSU ends the regular season with a chance to sweep Arizona State as the Cougs head to Tempe Saturday afternoon. The last time the Cougs have dominated the matchup in recent years having won four of the last five against the Sun Devils with the lone loss coming in 2018 at home in Pullman. On the road, the Cougs have won the last two in Temps scoring 91 points in each outing. Â Last month, the Cougs nabbed a last second win over the Sun Devils thanks to a step-back three by
CJ Elleby to win the game 67-65. Elleby finished with 27 & 12. In two games against the Sun Devils, Elleby has notched two double-doubles averaging 18.5 ppg and 11 rpg. The Sun Devils are coming off a loss to UW Thursday night and have lost 3 straight.

The Cougs led at halftime but a 28-0 run by the Wildcats turned a close contest into a runaway victory Thursday night in Tucson. The Cougs were without starting center
Jeff Pollard and battled foul trouble early, never finding their offensive rhythm against Arizona which swept the season series from WSU. In the loss,
Isaac Bonton scored 21 points including going 10-for-10 from the line.
