CHENEY, Wash. -- Washington State field competitors found success at the 46th Annual Pelluer Invitational Friday and Saturday at Eastern Washington University's Roos Field in Cheney.

Amani Brown won the men's hammer with a PR throw of 208-feet 6 inches (63.55m), his final throw of the day and just 10 inches from the number ten spot on the WSU all-time best records.
Aoife Martin won the women's hammer with a throw of 166-7 (50.78m).

Cougars captured first through fourth in the men's high jump with
Max English,
Beau Sheeran and
Keelan Halligan finishing first through third, respectively, all clearing 6-6 3/4 (2.00m) with
Mitch Jacobson clearing 6-4 3/4 (1.95m).

Tyler Jackson won the men's discus with a throw of 173-11 (53.00m) and
Kaitlin Krouse won the women's discus after throwing 150-7 (45.89m).
