PULLMAN, Wash. – With the start of training for the spring semester, the Washington State women's soccer team has announced their spring schedule of games. The Cougs will play five times throughout the spring including playing twice at home.
WSU opens its schedule on March 4 in Seattle against the Crossfire boys soccer club. After returning to Pullman, the Cougars play their first game of the spring at home against Gonzaga on March 25 at WSU's Lower Soccer Field. The two teams faced off during the 2016 campaign in Spokane with the Zags escaping with a 1-0 win in the third game of the season.
After playing at home, WSU hits the road for a pair of contests with a match at Western Washington on April 1 and a trip to Canada on April 8 to take on Trinity Western.
The Cougars conclude the spring schedule on April 22 with a final match against Seattle Pacific. The two teams have not met on the field during the regular season since the 1990 campaign when the Cougars won 4-0.
