WSU CAREER: As a JUNIOR (2005-06) competed on varsity eight crew that was fourth best in the nation...also helped boat to second place finish at the Pacific-10 Championships...awarded honorable mention for All-Pac-10 academic...saw time with the varsity four crew as a SOPHOMORE (2004-05)...captured wins over Oregon State, Washington and Tennessee in dual regattas...earned conference all-academic honorable mention honors...spent FRESHMAN (2003-04) season rowing with the novice team.

HIGH SCHOOL: Participated in four sports at Northfield Mount Hermon, earning 11 varsity letters...was invited twice to the cross country Foot Locker Championships...as a senior, competed in the Connecticut State championships...as a junior, set three school records in swimming, one in track and field and was an All-American in both sports.

PERSONAL: Sarah Ennis Lende...born Feb. 13, 1985 in Haines, Alaska...parents Phillip and Heather...one older sister Eliza rowed at Bowdoin College in Maine...three younger siblings brother Christian and sisters Joanna and Stganka...majoring in social sciences.
