SOPHOMORE (2003-04): Indoor - Ran PR time of 49.98i in 400m dash at Pac-10 Invite (2/14/04, Seattle)...Outdoor - Clocked PR time of 15.20 in the high hurdles at UW Dual meet (5/1/04, Pullman)...dropped intermediate hurdles best time to 52.77 at Brutus Hamilton Invite (4/10/04, Berkeley)...finished 11th in 400m hurdles (53.10) at Pac-10 Championships (5/15/04, Tucson).

FRESHMAN (2002-03): Indoor - Ran 51.05i in the open 400m at the McDonald's II (2/15/03, Moscow)...top time in 60m hurdles of 8.54i came at Vandal Indoor (2/14/03, Moscow)...was 16h in 60m hurdles (8.71i) at Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships (2/22/03, Nampa)...Outdoor - Top time in intermediate hurdles of 53.92 came at Cougar Invite (4/25/03, Pullman)...best time in high hurdles was 15.45 at UW Dual meet (5/3/03, Seattle).

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned seven letters at Central Valley High...four in track for coach Charles Bowden and three in cross country for coach Mark Thielman...also wrestled as a freshman and sophomore...school record holder for sophomores in 300m hurdles at 40.6 seconds, seventh at regional meet same year in both 300m and 110m hurdles...junior season was regional qualifier in cross country...lowered class record time in intermediate hurdles to 39.5, placed eighth in high hurdles at regional meet...eighth place at state 4A meet in 300m hurdles...as a senior did not compete in cross country due to hamstring injury...in spring, dropped school record time in 300m hurdles to 37.5 which tied Greater Spokane League district record...state 4A 300m hurdles champion (37.90)...Region IV record holder at 37.92...named all-GSL and all-region teams for 300m hurdles...in 110m hurdles ran school's second-best all-time time of 14.3...second place at region, eighth place at 4A state meet...named all-GSL for high hurdles...also ran on state-qualifying 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams...team captain.
