WSU CAREER. SENIOR (2003-04). Cross Country - Was consistently Cougars' number two runner in five of six races...finished 25th overall at Pac-10 Championships (11/1/03, Pullman) and 47th at NCAA West Regional (11/15/03, Portland)...named first team Pac-10 All-Academic for cross country.
JUNIOR (2002-03). Cross Country - Improved to consistently be WSU's number two runner throughout the season...finished 37th at Pac-10 Championships (11/2/02, Pasadena)...64th place at NCAA West Regional Meet (11/16/02, Stanford)...Indoor and Outdoor - Participated in WSU's overseas studies program by schooling in Spain this semester...named to the 2003 Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholar first team for women's track and field.
SOPHOMORE (2001-02). Cross Country - Redshirt season for cross country...Indoor - Ran PR mile time of 5.21.13 at McDonald's Last Chance Meet (3/2, Moscow)...finished seventh in 5000m at MPSF Champs...Outdoor - Reach top time in 5000m of 17.58.47 at Stanford Invite (3/30/02)...PR time in 3k dropped to 10.21.56 in Los Angeles (3/16/02).
FRESHMAN (2000-01). Cross Country - Spent season adapting to longer training and competition distances...finished 51st (seventh on team) at the Pac-10 Championships (10/28/00, Seattle)...finished 123rd (seventh on team) at NCAA West Regional Meet (11/11/00, Fresno)...Indoor - Ran a 3000m time of 10:28.21i at the Vandal Indoor (2/16/01, Moscow)...top 5000m time was 19:13.23i at the MPSF Championships (2/24/01, Flagstaff)...Outdoor - Ran top 5k time of 18.09.29 at the Cal Quad (3/17/01, Berkeley)...was a women's steeplechase debutant at Texas Team Champs (4/21/01, Austin) in time of 11.57.14.
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned eight letters between Heritage High in Littleton, Colo., and Skyview High in Vancouver...two-time Washington all-state cross country runner...district champion and finished seventh at the 3A state meet as a senior...21st place (top 10 of state) at the Nike Washington/Oregon Cross Country Border Invitational...finished fourth at 1999 Junior Olympics West Region 5k...during track season finished fifth at state in 3200m as both junior and senior...held school records in 3200m, 3000m, 1600m, and 1500m.
