Earned three varsity letters in football for coach Wayne Looney ... also three in baseball for Steve Cary and four in wrestling for coach Dale Freeman ... was football team captain as a JUNIOR ... was named Intermountain Conference Offensive Player of the Year ... lead the state in rushing and was state's leading scorer ... was an All-State first team pick and a first team All-IMC pick as a tailback ... was fifth in state and district champion at 160 weight in wrestling ... repeated as football team captain as a SENIOR ... again was named to the All-State and All-IMC first teams as a tailback ... lead the state in scoring for second straight year ... repeated honors as IMC Offensive Player of the Year ... captured district title and placed third in state at 172 weight in wrestling.
