WSU CAREER: As a JUNIOR (2016-17), seated at stroke for the varsity eight…helped lead her crew to a third place finish at the Clemson Invite, finishing behind No.5 Texas and No.4 Ohio State…her varsity eight crew battled to a fourth place finish at the Pac-12 Championships, marking the team finishing in the top-four for the third-straight year…helped the varsity eight win the ‘C’ Final at the NCAA Championships to place 13th overall, team finished 14th…selected as a CRCA 2017 Scholar-Athlete…named to the Pac-12 All-Academic First Team…as a SOPHOMORE (2015-16), split time between the varsity and second varsity eight boats…rowed with the varsity eight at No. 19 Gonzaga to open the season…helped Cougars to a third-place finish in the ‘A’ heat at day one of the San Diego Crew Classic…sent the varsity eight to the grand final at day two…Cougars placed fifth in an eight-crew race...competed with the varsity eight at No. 8 Washington…transitioned to the second varsity eight at the Clemson Invite…at Clemson, crew finished second behind No.3 Virginia in heat three of the first session…also placed second in heat three of the second session behind No. 10 Michigan…raced past five crews on the final day, finishing second to No. 4 Ohio State in heat one…out-stroked Oregon State with the second varsity eight, and team swept all events to win a seventh-straight Winchell Cup…placed fourth at the Pac-12 Championships with the second varsity eight, and team also picked up a second-straight top-four finish…advanced to the petite final at the 2016 NCAA Championships with the second varsity eight, placing 11th...team finished 12th…selected as a CRCA National Scholar-Athlete…named to the Pac-12 All-Academic First Team…as a FRESHMAN (2014-15), competed with the second varsity eight team in the fall…in the spring, competed with the second varsity eight crew in all events…led the second varsity eight crew past No. 5 Stanford…contributed to the eighth-consecutive Fawley Cup after outlasting Gonzaga…bested No. 18 Oregon State, No. 20 Minnesota, and No.15 Harvard on day two of the Clemson Invitational…helped defeat No. 17 UCLA at Dexter Lake…attained third place in the Pac-12 Rowing Championships…defeated Texas and Virginia to advance to the A/B Semifinals…second varsity eight boat finished sixth at the 2015 NCAA Rowing Championships as the team finished eighth overall.
 
PRIOR TO WSU: Competed in basketball at Campbell Collegiate at Regina, Saskatchewan…played post for the Tartans and team won the City Championship her sophomore year...member of the Regina Rowing Club during junior and senior year…attended the Canada Summer Games at Sherbrooke, Quebec, August of 2013…senior year, was voted Most Improved Oarsperson with Regina Rowing Club.
 
PERSONAL: Born Emily Grace Morrow, February of 1996 at Regina, Saskatchewan…father Brent is an information technology systems analyst and mother Grace is a registered nurse and played volleyball at Western Wyoming College…sister Jill…brother Evan…enjoys scrapbooking, cake decorating, and playing the piano…has been on the Honor Roll since 7th grade…attained a 90-92 percent average throughout high school…has received 12 years of piano instruction…majoring in accounting.
