SOPHOMORE (2016-17): Cross Country - Finished Sundodger 20th overall/11th on team...at Washington Invite 30th overall/fourth on team…Indoor - Ran 3000m PR at UW Invitational (1/28/17, Seattle) with a time of 8:31.40i…at Husky Classic (2/11/17, Seattle) ran 5000m PR with a time of 15:12.66i…Outdoor - At Mt. SAC Relays (4/15/17, Norwalk) ran 1500m PR with a time of 3:57.26 and lowered 3000m steeplechase PR to 8:59.85, finishing 13th…finished ninth at Pac-12 Championships in 3000m steeplechase (9:10.07)…named to Pac-12 T&F All-Academic First Team…USTFCCCA All-Academic team.

SAC Relays in time of 9:23.67…at Cougar Invite ran PR times in 800m of 2:00.27 and in 1500m of 4:00.21 (4/30/16, Pullman).

Earned eight varsity letters at Lake City High School...four in cross country under coach Heather Harmon-Reed….four in track under coach Kelly Reed...Junior Olympic All-American as a freshman finished 17th out of 305…cross country 5A state finishes include sixth as a sophomore, fourth as a junior, and 14th as a senior after an injury-plagued summer and fall that inhibited training…runner-up at 2012 Nike Cross Northwest Regional 5k Varsity Race and champion in 2014…on the track, state 5A meet 3200m finishes include second place as junior and third as senior with PR time of 9:24.65…state meet 1600m placings were 11th, seventh and sixth place as senior.

Born in April 1997, in Pullman, Washington…father John is an operations director for Meridian Restaurants…mother Tara is a business manager…older sister Hailey plays tennis at Lewis-Clark State College...enjoys skiing and tennis…finished high school with 4.5 GPA and was Salutatorian…Advanced Placement Scholar with Honors…National Honors Society member…other scholastic awards: North Idaho Student Teach Achievement Recognition, Rotary Scholar, Distinguished Student Award, Idaho Top Scholar…majoring in mathematics at WSU.
