WSU CAREER:
SENIOR (2021): Cross Country- Became the first WSU men's cross country runner to qualify and compete at the NCAA Cross Country Championships since the men's team qualified back in 2017.... He started his season with a second-place finish in the WSU Open men's 6k, finishing with a time of 17:43.0 ... Placed 12th in the Bill Dellinger Invitational 8k with a time of 23:34.8... Finished 18th at the Pac-12 Championships with an 8k time of 24:30.6... Finished his season with a 31:06.3 in the men's 10k at the NCAA Cross Country Championships at Apalachee Regional Park.
JUNIOR (2020-21): Cross Country- did not compete in any races.
SOPHOMORE (2019): Cross Country - Competed in four total events for the Cougs during his second year with the program...Placed 24th overall at the NCAA West Regional with a time of 30:09.9, earning himself All-Region honors as well...Ado posted his best finish at the opening meet of the season, winning the WSU Alumni Open with a time of 17:45.2 in the 6k race.
FRESHMAN (2018): Cross Country - Ran in five total events during the 2018 season, including placing 39th overall at the 2018 NCAA West Regional...Saw his best finish at the Pac-12 Championships, finishing 28th overall (23:47.0).
HIGH SCHOOL: Ran both cross country and track at Ferris High School, located in Spokane, Washington.
PERSONAL: Born in October 1997…father Saed Nasir…mother Mariam Yahya...currently undecided on a major while attending Washington State University.
