SENIOR (2020-21): Cross Country- Ran in the only event of the season, the Pac-12 Championship… Finished 27th overall with a time of 23:39.9
 
JUNIOR 2019-20): Cross Country- Competed in six races during the year. At the NCAA West Regional, he placed 30th with a time of 30:23.9… at the Pac-12 Championships placed 40th overall with a time of 24:06.8.

SOPHOMORE (2018-19): Cross Country - Competed in one race during the year at the Inland Empire Championships where he placed 12th overall with a time of 24:45 to see WSU take second overall as a team...

FRESHMAN (2017-18): Cross Country - Outstanding freshman season…at Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational finished third on team/68th overall...at Nuttycombe Invitational finished sixth on team/158th overall...at Pac-12 Championships finished 36th in scoring/37th overall/fourth on team...at NCAA West Region Championships finished sixth on team/84th overall...at NCAA Championships finished fourth on team/201 overall/172 in scoring.

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned eight varsity letters at Henry M. Jackson High School… four in cross country and four in track for coach Eric Hruschka…on the track junior year finished conference champion in 3200m and 1600m…finished third in 3200m at state…in cross country freshman and sophomore year finished as conference team champion…first team All-Conference and second team All-Region sophomore year…junior year finished first team All-Conference and first team All-Region…senior year finished conference champion, first team All-Conference, first team All-State, first team All-West region, and finished second at state…Footlocker cross country national finalist and All-American honorable mention.
