JUNIOR (2017-18): Cross Country - Men’s team co-captain...at Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational led on team/19th overall...at Nuttycombe Invitational finished second on team/55th overall...at Pac-12 Championships led the Cougars men/finished 9th overall...second team All-Pac-12 honors...at NCAA West Region Championships finished second on team/20th overall...2017 All-Region honors...at NCAA Championships, led No. 27 team to 24th-place finish with 63rd place finish/53rd in scoring…named to the Pac-12 Cross Country All-Academic First Team for the second consecutive year.
 
SOPHOMORE (2016-17): Cross Country - Finished Sundodger sixth overall/third on team...fell during race at Notre Dame Joe Piane Invite so finished 95th overall/sixth on team...at Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invite 67th overall/third on team...at Pac-12 Championships seventh on team/41st overall...at NCAA West Region 10k finished third on team/27th overall (30:10.9)...at NCAA Championships, fifth Cougar, 145th overall/116th team scoring...WSU team took 14th-place...named to the 10-member Pac-12 Cross Country All-Academic First Team...Indoor - Ran mile PR at UW Invitational (1/28/17, Seattle) with a time of 4:09.50i...at MPSF Championships (2/25/17, Seattle) finished third in DMR (9:49.78i) and finished 19th in 3000m with a PR time of 8:11.78i...Outdoor - Ran PR and finished sixth in 1500m at Mt. SAC Relays (4/15/17, Norwalk) with a time of  3:47.24...at Cougar Invitational (4/29/17, Pullman) finished first and ran PR in 800m with a time of 1:50.28...at Pac-12 Championships finished 12th (1:52.35) in 800m…named to Pac-12 T&F All-Academic First Team.
 
FRESHMAN (2015-16): Cross Country - Fourth from team and 12th overall at Clash of Inland NW 6k in time of 18:18.7...final WSU scorer, eighth overall at Sundodger 8k in time of 24:28.69...at  Washington Invite 8k, fourth on team,   51st overall in time of 24:09.2...fourth Cougar scorer at PreNats, 131st overall with 8k time of 24:31.3...at Pac-12 Championships finished fourth on team, 40th overall with time of 24:24.1...at NCAA West Regionals fifth on team, 51st overall in 10k time of 32:06.8...fifth Cougar, 183rd overall at NCAA Championships (31:46.7)…Indoor - Ran PR time in 800m of 1:53.26i at Husky Classic (2/13/16, Seattle)…at Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships ran leg of DMR that finished seventh in 9:53.49i and ran mile in time of 4:09.93i (18th)…Outdoor - Ran an outdoor-best in 800m of 1:55.19 at WSU-UW Dual…at Pac-12 Championships, ran PR time in 1500m of 3:47.68 for 14th (5/14/16, Seattle).
 
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned seven varsity letters at Asotin High School…four in cross country under coach Tim Gundy…three in track under coach Sal Lopez…two-time state 1B/2B cross country champion after a runner-up finish as a sophomore and 12th place as a freshman…finished 19th at the Nike Border Clash with a time of 14:20 during his junior season…on the track, sophomore year was runner-up in 400m, 1600m and 3200m as Asotin won boys team title at state 1B/2B championships…two-time state 1B/2B champion in 1600m after also winning 800m as junior and adding 3200m title as senior.
 
PERSONAL. Born in July 1996, in Bellevue, Washington…father Jeff is an electrician…mother Terri is a customer service office assistant….older brother Chase slated to graduate from WSU in 2016...enjoys snowboarding and swimming…graduated with a 4.0 GPA…ASB President as senior after Vice President junior year…officer in FFA…member of state champion Parliamentary Procedures team that finished second nationally…majoring in bioengineering at WSU.
