Cougars Compete in Opening Round at Silverado Showdown

NAPA, Calif. (April 6, 2026) – Washington State Women's Golf opened play at the Chevron Silverado Showdown Monday afternoon in Napa, Calif.

Senior Hannah Harrison paced the Cougs with four birdies in the first round for a two-over 74 and sophomore Grace Rubelsky recorded three birdies for a three-over 75.

WSU sits tied for 13th with Washington after Monday's opening round.

Tuesday's second round will start at 8:30 a.m.

The Course and Tournament Format
The Chevron Silverado Showdown is played at Silverado Resort – North Course in Napa, Calif.
Â
The course plays as a par-72 at 6,044 yards.
Teams will play 18 holes each day. The first Cougar golfer will tee off at the 8:30 a.m. group Monday.
