Two Cougs Fire Rounds Under Par at Westbrook Invitational

PEORIA, Ariz. (February 23, 2026) – Washington State Women's Golf saw Kaitlyn Helm and Sara Pineros each fired final rounds under par at the Westbrook Invitational in Arizona Monday.

Junior Sara Pineros recorded a career-best two-under 70 in the final round and freshman Kaitlyn Helm posted a one-under 71 in her final round. Helm, who had four birdies in Monday's final round, led the Cougars at two-under for the tournament and tied for 31st while senior Hannah Harrison was one shot behind Helm at one-under for the tournament.

Pineros finished the tournament tied for 54th, sophomore Agnes Brink finished 73rd and sophomore Grace Rubelsky tied for 77th.

The Cougars finished the tournament tied for 13th with Colorado State at plus ten and one shot back of Penn State.

The Course and Tournament Format
The Westbrook Invitational was played at the Westbrook Village Golf Club – Vistas Course in Peoria, Ariz.

The course played as a par-72 at 6,293 yards.
Teams played 36 holes Sunday and 18 holes Monday.
