SEATTLE, Wash. — Cougar Track will head west to Seattle this weekend for the UW Preview at Dempsey Indoor. The meet will take place on Friday, January 16, and Saturday, January 17. The races will commence on Friday at 4 pm PT and conclude on Saturday at 4:45 pm PT. General admission is $12 per day or $20 for the weekend. Spectator doors open at noon on Friday and 8 am on Saturday.

Last Time Out – Spokane Invitational (Dec. 13, 2025)
Lindsay Siebert won the 800-meter race for the Cougs solo win on the day. Ferran and Ricard Verges finished in second and fourth, respectively, in the Men's 800. Nicole Yanasak competed in the Women's Mile, setting a time of 5 minutes and 33.87 seconds.

Washington State will travel 15 minutes across the Washington-Idaho border to the University of Idaho for the McCluskey Memorial Open January 23rd and 24th.
