Student-Athletes Enhance Job Interviewing Skills at Etiquette Dinner

The Gray W Legends Lounge inside the Cougar Football Complex, welcomed student-athletes for the annual Etiquette Dinner, Monday, March 28.

The dinner, organized by the Student-Athlete Development Department, provides student-athletes the opportunity to learn to dine as professionals, practice proper table etiquette, interviewing and networking techniques, and make a great first impression.

Hosts at each table shared insight with the student-athletes on job search strategies and discussed career opportunities in their fields of interest.

The Etiquette Dinner is just one of numerous events the Student-Athlete Development department offers to assists student-athletes for life after Washington State University. This includes student-athletes attending a workshop to develop their skills for the Graduate Record Examinations (GRE) and the Professional Development Kickoff last fall.

Go Cougs!
