NORTHRIDGE, Calif. - Heavy rain fall in Southern California has forced the cancellation of Friday's nonconference baseball game between Washington State and Cal State Northridge.

The Matadors edged the Cougars 3-2 in 10 innings during the series opener, Thursday. With more rain expected, Friday, the four-game series has been shortened to three games.

First pitch, Saturday and Sunday is scheduled for 1 p.m.
