WSU opens outdoor season at SCC Dusty Lane Open Track & Field Meet.
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned four varsity letters for track coach Bennie Gooden at Etiwanda High...two-time track team captain...freshman and sophomore years Eagles' team won Baseline League titles...as sophomore won league triple jump...junior year repeat as league triple jump champ with PR leap of 36-1 and was runner-up in long jump...senior year won league long jump title and was runner-up in 200m dash...at California Interscholastic Federation Southern Section Division I Prelims finished eighth in 200m after running PR time of 24.57 in prelims...also finished 13th in long jump...leaped long jump PR of 18-10 for fifth at Mt. SAC Relays and finished fifth in 200m.

Born in November 1994 in Fontana, California...father Benson is a registered nurse...mother Dena is a social worker who played volleyball at Cal Baptist University...younger brothers Daniel and David...younger sister Hannah...hobbies include photography and cooking...member of Link Crew, Red Cross, BSU in high school...graduated with a 3.7 GPA...received ASB Student Achievement Award...two-years on S.T.A.N.D dance team...plans to major in biology.
